PUPPCUTTS Model/Muse Application
This form is for Puppcutts models for 2024. This is ONLY for folks who are excited to participate as a model. Your service will run at the discounted rate of $0-200, depending on your budget + amount of hair. I may style you with different clothes, makeup and accessories. There will be lots of photos and videos taken. Please submit the form below and DM (@puppcutts) or email (puppcutts@gmail.com) pictures of your current hair. Three folks will be chosen per month and you’ll only need to submit once to be considered for all 4 months.
